The Small Scale Shrouded Wind Turbine developed within our company has been optimized for regions with low wind potential in order to provide continuous power generation. In this way, it can work with high efficiency even in locations with low-speed wind profiles. Thanks to the flow accelerator geometry(shroud) around it, 3 times more power can be obtained than conventional turbines of the same diameter. Flow accelerator geometry suppresses wing tip vortexes, greatly reducing aerodynamic noise. Our product with direct-drive technology can work without gearbox. In this way, mechanical losses are prevented, the need for maintenance is eliminated and mechanical noise is significantly reduced. The turbine can position itself automatically according to the changing wind direction. Our product operates completely safe with passive and active braking and deceleration systems in high wind speeds. It has a maintenance-free mechanical system with a design life of 20 years. It can work at both off-grid and on-grid electrical systems.
